Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. IMPORTANT!!! -- We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with having the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests (those who live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia, have a Philadelphia based ID, or a Philadelphia Area zip code). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest. It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest(TRUVI), the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. This is a cool, hip, place with good spacing throughout the apartment and a great downstairs with foosball table and couch. Location is great for visiting downtown Philly sites and crossing into Jersey for the Aquarium and Diggerland (if you have little kids). Parking can be tricky in the evening so be ready to use local parking garages nearby. It's an apartment/condo in a hot area of town so be ready for some street noise ..but we will definitely try to book again with Gabe when we come back in a couple months for Eagles games!

Gabriel’s home was awesome! Came with everything you needed to feel right at home. I definitely recommend this place because of its location. It’s right off the freeway, which makes entering/exiting a breeze if you’re planning to enjoy what Philly has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again!

Gabriel was an awesome host! The house was pristine and perfectly situated to lots of restaurants and shops. Loved how he also made a Philly guide for us and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were doing well. Would definitely recommend staying here as their Airbnb and hospitality really made our trip!

I had a wonderful stay at Gabe and Jon's place! Parking was incredibly easy, which made my arrival stress-free. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and I had a peaceful night with no noise inside the apartment—just what I needed. The place was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. Gabe and Jon were not only helpful and responsive but also pro-active in ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone visiting Philadelphia. It’s the perfect spot!

Gabe was an awesome host. We appreciated all of the baby friendly amenities as we were traveling with a 11-month old. The only drawback was that the place had thin ceilings and we could hear the upstairs neighbors talking and walking around quite a bit at night. Aside from that, the place was great.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gabe & Jon’s place! Gabe was so helpful and responsive, and even let us check in early. The house is exactly as described, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location is very convenient and central, and although the neighborhood is a bit strange and not the most welcoming, a short walk in any direction takes you so some very interesting neighborhoods. I would highly recommend Gabe’s place!

They were very communicative & helpful with any questions, etc. It was our first time in Philly & we loved the neighborhood which is within walking distance to the Historic ‘Old City’ area. We enjoyed all the amenities—the foosball table, the arcade game, and the “Good Vibes” sign were an excellent touch (perfect for sharing on social media) Thank YOU again for hosting us.

When the family and I decided to do a last minute trip to Sesame Place and the Philly Zoo, we decided an Airbnb would probably be more comfortable than a hotel. Thank God we came across this beautiful listing. It's even better than the pictures and soooo family friendly. Location was perfect for the things we wanted to do.
